Personalized Service with Fiduciary Expertise

We combine our extensive knowledge of probate and trust administration with individualized support, offering families the attention and care that larger institutions often can’t provide.

Efficient Administration That Saves Time and Money

Our streamlined approach often reduces estate expenses and shortens distribution timelines compared to non-professional fiduciaries and large trust companies, delivering peace of mind and practical value to every client.

Flexible Support for Complex or Unusual Situations

Unlike traditional trust companies, our size and structure allow us to adapt to your unique needs, handling non-standard tasks with personalized service and discretion.

Services Rooted in Trust and Experience

Estate Administrators, LLC was founded to give families in Oregon and Hawaii more fiduciary options. Our working knowledge of probate and trust administration allows us to be competitive with larger banks and trust companies, while our smaller size enables us to accept a wider range of clients, provide personalized service, prompt communication, and flexibility to assist with unusual tasks or situations. Our experience provides administrative efficiency, reducing estate expenses and distribution timelines.

Services

We serve in many financial fiduciary roles and they have different names and duties depending on the circumstance and the document used to nominate us. A few examples include:

Clear, Trusted Guidance for Difficult Times

We accept appointments as personal representative (executor) to take estates through the probate process and as trustee for trust administrations. Situations that are a common time for us to be selected as fiduciary include:

  • When someone has passed away and their estate needs to be administered but the named fiduciary is not able or willing to serve, or the person died intestate (without a will).
  • When clients are creating their estate plans and do not have an obvious person to name as their fiduciary.
  • When someone is cognitively declining and recognizes it is time to have help managing their financial affairs.

Plan Wisely. Protect Your Family.

Choosing who to appoint as your fiduciary can be one of the most important decisions to make in the estate planning process. We see it as a gift to your loved ones to name a neutral professional instead of a family member or close friend. When a professional fiduciary is administering an estate, the family can have time to grieve and heal, and not be burdened with court requirements and arduous tasks. Hiring a non-related third party can also preserve family relationships by avoiding potential conflicts. Grief is hard enough on its own, when you are also tasked to take care of a loved one’s estate, it can be overwhelming to say the least.

Let us handle that job for you.
